Build the skill that turns potential into progress.
For more than twenty years, I’ve led technical teams, taught university courses, and coached people at every stage of their careers. One thing has stood out again and again: the difference between people who move forward and those who stall isn’t talent. It’s driving impact, the ability to act, take ownership, and keep moving when things are unclear.
Why this matters
Students often have the grades, the skills, and even opportunities lined up. Yet when it’s time to take the leap and start that internship, lead a project, or pitch an idea, many freeze. They wait for permission or for the perfect plan. Professionals face the same barrier. Even high-performing teams can get stuck waiting for direction instead of creating momentum.
The training
This program is built to change that reflex. It’s not a lecture. It’s not theory. It’s an experiential, high-energy workshop designed to push you past hesitation. You’ll face fast-moving challenges where the instructions aren’t clear and the pressure is real. You’ll learn by doing, by acting, adapting, and reflecting in real time. It’s hands-on, sometimes uncomfortable, and intentionally so. Confidence and agency aren’t built in comfort zones.
Pilot opportunity
I’m launching a pilot program for college students. If you’re part of a class, club, or student organization, I’ll bring a 2-hour experiential seminar to your group at no cost.
You’ll help shape the program’s next version and be among the first participants in this experience to drive impact.
